Blueprint for Reform

The Institute has identified four broad issues that are sure to play prominent roles in this year’s campaign: economic development, education reform, property taxes, and government reform/accountability. And in a new manual, "Blueprint for Reform," authors Lewis M. Andrews, Ph.D. and D. Dowd Muska describe policy recommendations that promise real improvements in all four areas.

Dr. Lewis M. Andrews is Executive Director of the Yankee Institute for Public Policy Inc. at Trinity College, a Connecticut research and educational institute.

D. Dowd Muska is the Yankee Institute's Philip Gressel Fellow for Tax and Budget Policy.
